This remedy is made from Bacillus subtilis.

SubtiSAN is usually the first bacterial remedy to use in a case. It is the gentlest of the bacterial remedies, has a very general immune regulating effect, and tends to potentiate the effects of the Penicillium group of fungal remedies well.

Part of the anti-inflammatory effects of SubtiSAN are due to its ability to induce a download of acids from the connective tissue matrix.
SubtiSAN gives strong immune support in early infections, especially upper respiratory infections.This remedy can induce vivid and colorful dreams.

Typical dose:

1-3 capsules per week. Start with 1 capsule per week until tolerance is assessed.

When used as a general immune system regulator, SubtiSAN is commonly combined with NotaSAN and QuentaSAN. In programs where frequent doses of NotaSAN and QuentaSAN are being used, such as 5 doses per week, the SubtiSAN would be added every other dose. For instance, if NotaSAN and QuentaSAN are being taken Monday through Friday, the SubtiSAN would be added on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

This combination works exceptionally well at the onset of an upper respiratory infection. If taken within the first hour or two of the onset of symptoms, a single dose of the NotaSAN, QuentaSAN, SubtiSAN combination has often been seen to abort the URI entirely.

Since SubtiSAN will download acidic debris from the matrix, it is best combined with spagyric drainage medicines. Commonly used with SubtiSAN are Renelix and Itires. If used early on in the case, when a large load of toxins has the connective tissue painfully inflamed, the choice of drainage medicines might be Mundipur. This download goes smoothly if the patient has a diet high in naturally occurring alkaline ash minerals and antioxidants (contains lots of vegetables), so this should be encouraged to achieve the best response.
