What is Glutathione?
Almost every living organism from simple bacteria, to plants, to animals and humans that uses oxygen also produces and uses glutathione.
Glutathione is a tripeptide (small, three component protein)
composed of the three amino acids (protein building blocks)
glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine.
It is critically important to your health that every cell in your body has the capacity to make its own adequate supply of glutathione. Glutathione plays a key role in neutralizing the free radicals that we continuously produce through normal breathing and daily activities.
